Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the e-Kijumbe platform and all services provided within. By registering or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Loan Policy

• Loans are available only to members who contribute consistently throughout the kikoba cycle.
• Failure to contribute even for a single scheduled date disqualifies the member from receiving a loan.
• The loan amount is determined based on the member's trust score, which may increase or decrease over time.
• Loan requests must be made at the end of the kikoba cycle.
• The repayment period is 30 days, though early repayment is allowed to improve one’s trust score.
• A fixed interest rate of 15% applies to all loans.
• Small emergency loans may be offered if a member fails to contribute according to the kikoba schedule.

3. Referrals and Trust Score

• Members who successfully refer others (using a referral link) will have their trust score increased.
• The upliner is advanced one position in the kikoba cycle if the downliner joins a kikoba of equal or higher value.

4. User Accounts

• Each member is allowed only one account unless they receive official approval for multiple accounts.

5. Data Privacy

• e-Kijumbe does not sell or share user data with any third party.
• However, data may be shared with government or legal authorities in Tanzania upon request.

6. Other Terms

• e-Kijumbe reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies agreement with the updated terms.
